At Ciapella, the supply of premium quality replacement parts is a very important side to our business because we genuinely believe that maintaining the vehicles in a safe and reliable working order is just as important as our commitment for supplying quality cars in the first place.
No matter how well designed and reliable a car can be, sooner or later it is going to need some parts to be replaced, at times due to the normal wear and tear that comes with the actual driving of the car, and at other times due to the inbuilt lifespan of that particular part.
Since ours is an Independent Specialist Company for Land Rover and BMW and not an Official Dealer Company for these brands, we have the liberty and more importantly the advantage of being able to supply and fit Genuine spare parts and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) spare parts.
As is commonly known in the motor vehicle servicing and repair trade, very often Genuine parts and OEM parts are exactly identical except for the packaging. For someone who is not directly involved in this trade, the only way to be sure that he is getting the proper quality part that the manufacturer intended for it’s cars, is by buying the Genuine part where the packing clearly indicates the car manufacturer’s name and emblem. Whilst for people like us who have the knowledge of who actually manufactures the parts for the car manufacturer, we obtain those same parts directly from the spare parts manufacturers, obviously at more favorable prices for the eventual benefit to our customers.
A brief list of some of these OEM parts manufacturers would include the likes of Valeo, Mahle, Bosch, Lucas, TRW, Ferodo, Mintex, Jurid, ATE, Textar, Dayco, Garrett, Sachs, etc.
